Is this Tennessee real estate practice test really free?
Yes. Every question, your score, and the explanation for each answer are free with no account and no payment. We are a TREC-approved Tennessee school and this is how we introduce ourselves.
How is the Tennessee real estate exam structured?
The affiliate broker and broker exams are split into two sections, national and state, and you are given roughly four hours in total for both. If you pass one section and fail the other, you retake only the section you failed. Check the current PSI Candidate Information Bulletin for fees, scheduling, and the exact question counts before your test date.
What happens if I fail the Tennessee real estate exam?
You retake only the section you did not pass, and a passing score on the other section stays valid for a limited number of retakes of the failed section. Retest candidates request eligibility through their online CORE account, then PSI emails scheduling instructions.
Which sections do people fail most?
In our classrooms it is consistently math, agency relationships, and Tennessee license law. Math is the fastest to fix because the formulas repeat. License law is the section a national study guide will not prepare you for.
How many practice questions should I do before exam day?
Volume matters less than reviewing your misses. Work a 20-question set, read every explanation you got wrong, then come back the next day and do the same topic again. Score 85 percent or better twice in a row on a topic before moving on.
What do I bring to the test center?
Your admission notice and a photo ID that carries your signature, such as a driver license or state ID. Confirm the current requirements in the PSI bulletin, since security procedures change.

Haven't started your 90 hours yet?
Tennessee requires a 60-hour Principles course and a 30-hour New Affiliate course before you can sit for the exam. Both are TREC approved and taught live in Bean Station or online at your own pace.
