It is the full CE package a Tennessee licensee owes each cycle: the six-hour Commission-designated core course plus ten elective hours. The core cannot be replaced with electives, and both parts must be complete and reported before you file the renewal.
Individual CE electives are $40 per class with materials included. The six-hour TREC core is $60. Elite Mastermind members get Free CE for Life — every one of the 16 hours is covered for as long as the membership is active.

Yes. Completions are reported electronically after each class. You should still verify your own record before you renew, because the licensee is responsible for an accurate credit history.
