Does Tennessee have real estate license reciprocity?
Short answer
Tennessee does not offer blanket reciprocity where an out-of-state license converts automatically. What it does offer is a recognition pathway: an actively licensed agent from another state can generally skip some education and sit only the Tennessee state portion of the exam rather than starting from zero.
