- How many CE hours do Tennessee agents need?
- Affiliate brokers and brokers renew every two years with 16 hours of continuing education — 6 hours of the TREC mandatory core course and 10 hours of electives.
- When do my hours have to be posted?
- Credits must be completed and reported before your license expiration date. We report your completions to CE Broker, but always log in and confirm your banner is green before the deadline.
- Where do I verify someone's license?
- Use CORE at core.tn.gov. It's the state system of record for Tennessee real estate license status, discipline, and brokerage affiliation.
- My credits aren't showing in CE Broker. What now?
- Give it a few business days after class, then email us at info@etnschoolofrealestate.com with your name and the class date and we'll re-report it.
