    MISSION STATEMENT:


    At East Tennessee, our mission is to empower consumers and aspiring real estate professionals with the knowledge and skills required to excel in the ever-evolving real estate industry. Through our proprietary establishment, we are committed to delivering top-notch, professional education to adult learners, ensuring they receive the highest quality instruction in both traditional and distance education formats.


    Our focus lies in providing comprehensive and up-to-date courses that cater to individuals seeking to enter the real estate profession, as well as those professionals seeking to renew their real estate licenses. We aim to equip our students with the tools they need to succeed, fostering their growth and development in this competitive field.

    REQUESTING SUPPORT/HELP:


    Should students have any inquiries or concerns related to course content, we wholeheartedly encourage them to reach out to the course instructor via email. To ensure a prompt response, students can direct their questions to etnschoolofrealestate@gmail.com during our operating hours, which are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern, Monday to Friday, except on federal holidays. Rest assured, our dedicated instructor is committed to addressing all inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe.


    For technical or customer service support, students can contact us at etnschoolofrealestate@gmail.com.  In case of difficulties connecting to the Internet, we recommend reaching out to your Internet service provider for assistance.  Furthermore, if you prefer direct communication, you have the option to call our team at 865-935-0123, where we are available to provide instructional or technical support. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to support you throughout your learning journey.


    COURSE AND INTERNET REQUIREMENTS:


    To access all of the course materials, students will need access to a connection on the Internet.  All web browsers are available such as Chrome,  Firefox, Edge, Safari. Please make sure that they are available with the latest version, as our courses only support the most recent versions.  Please ensure that popup windows are disabled, sound on computer is available (either through speaker or headphones) (as the course contains audio), and good video resolution.  Students have access to the course at all times (during allotted time of course)/and may work at own pace.

    Guidelines for TREC approved classroom courses via electronic streaming services:  (Per TREC)

    • Login/check-in for class begins 20 minutes before the stated class start time and ends once the class begins.  Students must be logged in and their identification verified by the proctor BEFORE the stated class start time.
    • Students must be visible on camera AT ALL TIMES to receive CE credit.
    • Students may not take phone calls during class to receive CE credit.  Instructors will provide time for breaks and lunch (if applicable).  During designated break/lunch time, attendees may take care of personal calls, emails, etc.  NOTE:  Attendees should NOT log out at any time during the class.
    • Students may not participate in computer-based work while attending class to receive CE credit.
    • Students may not “Step away” from the camera for any reason to receive CE credit.  If an emergency arises, please use the “chat” feature to privately notify the proctor of your situation.
    • Students are also responsible for the performance of their own technology including audio volume, video clarity and reliable internet connection.
    • Video, audio and internet access are all needed to successfully “attend” class.
    • Providers must maintain a recording of electronically streamed course.
    • Your camera must remain stable and UNMOVED during the course broadcast.  Excessive camera movement is distracting and may result in a student’s removal from the class at the instructor’s discretion.
    • No sharing a room with other students unless permission has been granted in writing from the provider.

    COMPLETION TIME:


    Students are allowed 60 days from the date enrolled in course to complete course.  If Student is not completed in 60 days, account will be disabled for (Internet course) if the course has not been completed.  You may get another 60 days for an additional $100.00.  No refunds will be made once course has begun.  


    REFUND POLICY:


    For all Internet courses no refunds will be made once course has begun.  East Tennessee School of Real Estate has to right to cancel, or reschedule any course (3) days prior to actual course.  Students at that point may reenroll into another course or receive a full refund.  All Students have (5) days from date of purchase to cancel to receive full refund.  There is a cancellation fee which is 15% of the total course amount.  All textbooks must be returned in their original condition and at student's expense.  If textbook is not in its original condition an additional  charge of $50.00 will be charged for each book returned.  No refunds will be processed until all materials are returned in its original condition to the school.   Any exam prep books, flashcards, etc will not receive a refund at any time.
