What this means for your next deal

  • ▸Rates dipped this week — a good reason to call buyers who paused and refresh payment estimates with a lender, but individual rates, fees and qualifications vary.
  • ▸Compare a price reduction with lender-approved seller concessions or a buydown. Confirm program limits and the buyer's actual savings before negotiating.
  • ▸With 60 median days on market and more active listings in Knoxville, use recent local comparable sales and agree on a price-review date with your seller.

Figures are published averages from the sources shown, not a rate quote or appraisal. Individual results vary.
