What's included?
16 live CE hours at East Tennessee School of Real Estate: the 6-hour TREC Core 2027/2028 and 10 hours of live elective classes that we teach, held January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2028.

What if I don't use all 16 hours?
Your 16 hours start January 1, 2027 and run through December 31, 2028. All 16 hours must be completed by December 31, 2028. Any hours not completed by December 31, 2028 are lost. No refunds are available — not for unused hours, missed classes or change of plans.
Can I get a refund?
No. Renewal Pack purchases are final and no refunds are available for any reason, including unused hours. Any hours not completed by December 31, 2028 are lost.
Does this cover my whole renewal?
It gives you 16 live CE hours, including Core. Requirements can differ by licensee, so check your own renewal requirements with TREC before you rely on it.
How do I book my classes?
